St George Scuba Club - Membership Renewal
You can use this form to renew your membership of the Club. IT IS NOT USED TO JOIN THE CLUB. Complete the form and click on Submit and the form will be transmitted to the Treasurer, Membership Officer and Webmaster via email. Please do NOT use your web browsers autofill feature to populate the fields as it often corrupts the form. Click in each field and type the infomation yourself. Make sure you first transfer your membership fee ($40). Fields marked * must be completed. Complete any other fields if we need to update our records.

EFT your membership fee to St George Scuba Club Inc BSB 032 099 A/c No. 636 311. You will need to put your name in the EFT Reference field so the Treasurer and Membership Officer can match it up with the form.
